His remarkable impact is evident in his initial venture with 24 Hour Fitness, where Stan played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion. He successfully opened over 60+ clubs, orchestrated the acquisition of their largest competitor, and guided the company towards a successful public offering.

Building on this success, Stan went on to establish a small-cap and middle-market fund, enabling numerous companies to realize their aspirations of going public. Through his fund, he provided vital support and resources to these companies, aiding them in achieving their dreams of becoming publicly traded entities.

For the past 13 years, Stan has been at the helm of the Market Street team. As a leader, he has been instrumental in assisting companies in various critical areas. Steven Antebi

Steven Antebi is a highly accomplished business leader with a proven track record in finance, entrepreneurship, and strategic advisory. Steven also holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Throughout his impressive 20-year tenure as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Company, Steven consistently demonstrated exceptional proficiency in investment banking. He effectively managed institutional and retail sales, clearing, commodities, and syndicate operations, cementing his reputation as a respected leader in the industry.

As the President and Chairman of Maple Capital Management, Steven successfully led a renowned global market-neutral fund that specialized in equity investment, commodity trading, and structured debt. Under his guidance, the fund gained widespread recognition for its exceptional performance.

As Co-Founder and Chairman of Royalty Review Council, Steven provided invaluable financial consulting services for acquisitions valued at over 50 billion dollars. His deep understanding of the financial landscape and strategic acumen contributed significantly to the success of numerous high-profile transactions. Additionally, he co-founded two other notable companies in the media and technology sectors: Crunch Digital and Tempo. Hardy L. Thomas

Mr. Thomas was for a lawyer in private practice where he specialized in business law in all of its aspects including corporate law, contracts, commercial law and business litigation. He served as an associate attorney and partner in the prestigious national law firm, Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco and subsequently as a partner in the law firm, Hill, Farrer & Burrill in Los Angeles, California before starting his own law firm. During his career, Mr. Thomas has represented major national and international corporations, as well as luminaries in the business, financial and entertainment worlds. He has also served as general counsel to a number of privately and publicly held businesses and has served on the Boards of Directors of various public and private entities. Since 2013 Mr. Thomas has been a Co-Founder and Principal of TA Partners, a firm engaged in the private equity business working with early stage development companies to assist them in solving managerial problems and raising capital. Previously, Mr. Thomas was a Co-Founder and Principal of a real estate brokerage and development firm from 1986 to 2001 where he worked extensively with Asian and American clients. Mr. Thomas also served as a Member of the Executive Committee of Star Advisors, LLC, the General Partner of International Star General Partners, LLC, which in turn was the general partner of International Star Fund, LP (the “Fund”), a private equity fund focusing on Pre-IPO investments, and as a Co-Managing Member of Star Advisors, which served as investments management advisor to the Fund. He also served as a Member of the Executive Committee of TNT Capital Advisors, LLC, a private equity fund. Mr. Thomas is a graduate of Stanford University, where he graduated with Honors, and Harvard Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation. He also received a Special Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana under the aegis of the international accounting firm, Haskins & Sells. He has taught classes in Corporations Law, Contract Law and Equitable Remedies as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law and Golden Gate College of Law. He has been listed in Who’s Who in America and America’s Leading Lawyers.

2012-2014: Consulted for businesses in multiple industries while growing and training a real estate team of buyer’s agents producing $30M/year.

2014-Current: Built tech company with 3 verticals, became chairman, and currently a Senior Advisor to Market Street Capital Partners.

Marc Deschenaux

Partner & Chief Legal Officer

Marc Deschenaux, is a Swiss jurist (non-bar lawyer) and a world renown expert in high finance, based in Geneva (Switzerland) and New York (USA).

His expertise covers contract law, international corporate and governmental financings organization and bank syndication, international corporate and nonprofit laws, international intellectual property law and securitization law.

He is internationally considered as the world expert in Initial Public Offerings and as a reference in securities law, financing law and trading law.

In his financing practice, he is highly reputed worldwide as an international financier, known for his state-of-the-art structures. He invented the Intellectual Property Direct Securitization, the MasterSPAC, the Perpetual Corporation and the Ownership Loop among others.

He was registered as a General Securities Representative – Series 7 and General Securities Principal – Series 24 by the North American Securities Dealers Association and a member of the National Investment Banking Association.

He also financed various types of operations, from import/export transactions to Real Estate Investment Trusts and organized several governments loans as well as the first national debt cancellation in the history of mankind.

He has been the treasurer and a judge-mediator at la Cour Internationale de Médiation & d’Arbitrage from 2012 to 2020 and is now an Ambassador of the African Court of Mediation & Arbitration (CAMAR).

Marc Deschenaux is a PhD candidate in law and is a Master of Economic Law and Certified in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva and is certified as Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School.

He is fluent in French, English, Italian, German and Spanish. His Chinese is in progress.
